These pendants are made to order and personalised at the customers request.
The materials, time and money spent in producing these personalised items can not be reclaimed and for this reason we do not offer the right to return it or request a refund.
If we have made an error in producing the order, or it arrives damaged, we will acknowledge this fault and offer to reproduce or replace the order.
